In order to upload mp3s & videos u shud have an account from a File Hosting site like Rapidshare, 4shared, Fileden etc.. I Prefer 4shared for mp3's and videos coz u can watch and download. after uploading copy the URL & paste it here... or u can post any website link

For Downloading just right-click the link & select "save target as"
